Virtual | Open-Level Yoga

We will combine the healing powers of yoga, meditation and breath-work to awaken your inner purpose. Surrender your mind, body and spirit while tapping into your inner strength as a warrior --building endurance, flexibility and vitality. In the process, you will also learn breath awareness, build self-love and gain confidence in which you can carry with you throughout your day. Must RSVP before class (see below).
